Description of Service

LingoFlex provides an AI-powered text processing service that requires a user-provided Google Gemini API key. The service is provided "AS IS" and we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own Google Gemini API key.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your API key.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LingoFlex makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that LingoFlex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
