LingoFlex is a free, browser-based AI writing assistant that provides text rephrasing, translation, grammar checking, image text extraction (OCR), voice input, and text-to-speech functionality. The Service requires you to provide your own API key from a supported AI provider (currently Google Gemini or Groq) to function. LingoFlex acts as an interface between you and the AI provider — we do not operate or control the underlying AI models.

You must be at least 13 years of ageto use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

• LingoFlex does not require or offer user accounts, passwords, or registration.
• You are solely responsible for obtaining, managing, and safeguarding your own API key from your chosen AI provider (Google Gemini or Groq).
• Your API key is stored in your browser's local storage and is never transmitted to LingoFlex servers.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs using your API key, including any charges incurred with the AI provider.
• You must comply with the terms of service and usage policies of your chosen AI provider in addition to these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Service to generate, process, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or any related systems or networks.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use or interferes with its operation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate limiting, security measures, or access controls.
• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service.

The Service relies on third-party AI providers (Google Gemini and Groq) to process your text. Your use of these providers is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. LingoFlex is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services. We do not endorse or guarantee the output of any AI model.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LingoFlex and its creators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service.
• Any actions taken by third-party AI providers.
• Any loss or compromise of your API key.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LingoFlex and its creators, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Any content you submit or generate through the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates when the latest revision took effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Since LingoFlex does not require user accounts, there is no formal termination process. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing the website and clearing your browser's local storage if you wish to remove stored preferences. We reserve the right to block access for users who violate these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bangladesh.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LingoFlex regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter.
